Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations in Adamawa.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Adamawa.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and ensure regional growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the Adamawa market and its business landscape.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in a similar sales management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 (Net Monthly) (based on experience and qualifications)
