• Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Nuru Nigeria’s standards.
Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance employees’ skills, performance, and career development.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce planning needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure Nuru Nigeria remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
