Job Responsibilities
Sales:
- Responsible for market development and achieving sales targets;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
- Responsible for market research and demand analysis of the products
- Responsible for maintaining daily relationships with new and old customers;
Business Development Manager (BDM):
Partnership Development:
- Identify and approach manufacturers and dealers who align with our e-commerce platform’s product categories and target market.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with potential partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers and dealers to ensure ongoing partnerships.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers in different industries.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in manufacturing, product demand, and market shifts to target the right partners.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of onboarded manufacturers and dealers to ensure they meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and support to partners to help them optimize their product listings and sales performance.
Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure that all products from partnered manufacturers and dealers meet quality, safety, and legal standards required for the platform.
Onboarding & Integration:
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of manufacturers and dealers onto the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate supplier products, ensuring they are accurately listed, categorized, and promoted.
Sales Growth:
- Drive sales by expanding the product range and ensuring a steady supply of high-quality products from various manufacturers.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximize exposure and sales for new partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
- More than 3 years of sales experience in Mattress, Pillow, Nail, Iron and cost knowledge;
- Strong market development skills and good interpersonal communication skills.
