We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven 
Senior HR Analyst to join our team in Lagos. As a key contributor to the HR department, you will be responsible for analysing HR data and systems to provide insights that support strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-paced private security environment.

  • This role will focus on leveraging HR analytics, HRIS, performance metrics, compensation data, training systems, and employee engagement trends to improve decision-making and optimise HR functions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in using data to uncover patterns, assess organisational needs, and support compliance and workforce planning initiatives. Your work will directly enhance the effectiveness of our HR processes and contribute to building a high-performing, disciplined, and compliant workforce.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse HR data to identify trends, track key metrics, and generate reports that support strategic decisions.
    • Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Develop HR dashboards and visualisations to track workforce performance, turnover, engagement, and compliance.
    • Support compensation and benefits benchmarking through data analysis and salary structure reviews.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to interpret data related to talent acquisition, performance, and employee engagement.
    • Assist in performance management by monitoring appraisal outcomes and providing analytical insights.
    • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training effectiveness.
    • Ensure all reports and practices are compliant with labour laws and internal policies.
    • Monitor and support payroll data accuracy and statutory compliance reporting.
    • Conduct workforce planning and forecasting based on headcount, attrition, and organisational needs.
    • Provide data-backed recommendations for policy adjustments, process improvement, and HR strategy alignment.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or a data-centric HR role within a corporate environment.
    • Strong proficiency in HRIS, LMS, Excel, Power BI (or other data visualisation tools), and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Proven experience using HR data to drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
    • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.
    • CIPM Certification is an added advantage.
    Salary: ₦350,000 gross per month
