Monthly Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and supervise field agents in promoting and closing car loan products.
•Develop and implement field strategies to meet disbursement and repayment targets.
•Train and mentor agents on customer acquisition, vetting, and documentation.
•Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
•Build strong relationships with car dealers, vendors, and customers.
•Ensure due diligence, risk assessment, and proper loan documentation.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in microfinance or commercial lending, with a focus on auto/car loans.
•Proven leadership skills in managing field teams.
•Strong understanding of credit risk and recovery processes.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
