Job Description
- We are seeking diligent and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will handle daily point-of-sale operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Report any transaction issues or system concerns to the supervisor.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle cash, cards, and digital payments with zero discrepancies.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required.
Requirements
- MUST be living on the Island (Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Ikate, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, etc.)
- Minimum of SSCE / OND.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Must be honest, reliable, and well-presented.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
N100,000 – N150,000 (Based on experience).
