Job Title: Channel Specialist
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Part-time
Responsibilities
Channel improvement and faster Distributor stock liquidation
Manage and maintain strong relationships with all distributors within the city of coverage.
Coordinate and drive sales activities to ensure consistent liquidation of distributor stock.
Monitor and manage the Product Stock Inventory (PSI) levels for all distributors under the assigned location.
Analyse sales and stock data to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement.
Ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the regional or zonal management team.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) to support distributor growth and performance.
Address and resolve distributor-related issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in distributor or channel sales management.
Strong understanding of sales coordination, stock liquidation, and inventory (PSI) management.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong distributor relationships.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic reporting tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across locations.
Familiarity with the Solar Industry, FMCG or mobile phone industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly
